These terms set out the basis on which you may use iambroon.music and the music, writing, artwork and links presented here.

Using the site

You may browse this website and use its links for lawful, personal and non-commercial purposes. You must not misuse the site, attempt to interfere with its operation or security, submit unlawful or harmful material, impersonate another person, or use automated methods to overload or extract content from the site.

Music, writing, artwork and branding

Unless stated otherwise, the music, lyrics, song descriptions, recordings, photographs, artwork, logos, design and written content presented on this website belong to IAMBROON or are used with permission. Those materials are protected by copyright, trade mark and other intellectual-property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, adapt, publish, sell, license, synchronise, scrape or commercially exploit those materials without prior written permission or another valid legal right. Sharing an unaltered link to a public page or authorised music-platform page is welcome.

Messages and enquiries

Submitting the contact form or sending an email does not create a contract, confidential relationship, agency, partnership or commitment to proceed with a proposal. Please do not send confidential, unlawful or third-party material you are not entitled to share.
